Design sets are sent in a zip file by e-mail, usualy within 24 hours (Monday to Friday)
In addition to the design files the Zip includes a PDF file for colour changes.
If you don't have a pdf reader it is available for free here:

Designs can also be sent "snail-mail" on CD at extra cost or on Floppy for direct use in Viking D1 machines (SHV format).

When you order designs and want them on CD or Floppy (SHV), you need to order the designfiles as usual (according to size etc) and then add the choice of CD or floppy as a separate item. Postage and handling are included in the price for the CD/Floppy for UK addresses.
