Design sets are sent in a zip file by email, usually within 24 hours (Monday to Friday)
In addition to the design files the Zip includes a PDF file for colour changes, for photo stitch it is important to use the suggested background colour as well (normally white).
If you don't have a pdf reader it is available for free here:

PhotostitchPhoto stitch designs are recreating a photolike image in stitches.
Suitable for medium to heavy fabrics that are tightly woven and don't stretch or "float".
(Denim, canvas, heavy calico etc are exampels of easy to stitch fabrics)
Use stabilising as for any large stitchheavy design.Photostitch designs have more jumps then the traditional designs even though I try to reduce them as much as I can. A good idea is to cut long jumps between the colour changes.
The result is worth the extra effort!.
